7 Fish Dinner

I need a weigh loss advice that works?
I have lost 30lbs since February 2007. This has been my diet plan
Breakfast -cereal with whole milk or oatmeal with whole milk and two teaspoons of sugar.
Midmorning-two slices of white bread with peanut butter and jelly and a latte.
Lunch-salad with baked fish /chicken
Afternoon snack-corn chips,apple slices with caramel
Dinner -salad with baked fish or chicken or one and a half cup of rice with chicken , or one mashed potato.(dinner before 7:30pm)
I have also been drinking a lot of water and taking 23 flights of stairs up and down monday to friday.
I have stopped losing weight and need new ideas as to what I can eat and new exercise plan. I also need to lose 10 inches around my hips ,butt and thighs and two inches of my waist.
My target weight is 140lbs by June 15 2007 and I am currently 160lbs.
Help me with any ideas you may have

You’re doing great, and kudos to you.
Unfortunately, it’s the last 20 pounds that are hardest to lose. What you’re describing is more of a maintenance diet (as you’ve already discovered).
You want to increase your fibre, decrease your fat and sugar to take off those last pounds.
It is unhealthy for you to try and lose those difficult 20 pounds by June 15. However, you should be able to lose 10, and that will be good enough. Keep at it, and you will reach your target by August!
My suggestions:
I eat a bowl of oatmeal with either a banana or two tablespoons of raisins – no sugar or milk.
Eat an apple or orange mid-morning. Get a non-fat latte.
Excellent lunch!
Afternoon snack – Skip the chips (if you must, most corn tortillas are fat free – you can eat a couple with fat free cheese, for example). Keep the apple, skip the caramel.
Dinner is good – be sure to have a dark green vegetable like broccoli, green beans, asparagus so that you get vitamins and fibre.
Keep up the exercise. That’s key, especially at this late stage.
You’re almost there. Cut the fat and sugar, and you’ll look great in that bikini on the 4th of July.
