Baked Grouper Fish Recipe
How long should I put this simply in the oven if the recipe calls for 4 minutes in the microwave (recipe inside)?

I am making this http://www.all-fish-seafood-recipes.com/index.cfm/recipe/Orange_Baked_Grouper today but I prefer to bake in the oven. Any idea how long I should keep it in there and at what temperature, etc.?

Their generally 7 minutes in an oven at 375 degrees for each inch of thickness if it is covered or until the eyes become opaque white.
