Baked Trout Recipe
What are your best fish recipes for fish that you catch?
Mine is to roast a trout or salmon with a little salt and pepper. Or I can use my recipe for baking by adding butter, salt and pepper wrapped in foil and bake at 400F

Fish fillets and skin. fillets cut into pieces small. squeeze lots of lemons. for juice. not just for a cheap thrill. cut tomatoes, onions, serrano chiles and cilantro small. throw it all in a stainless steel, glass or ceramic bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. which will become one of the best ceviche ever had. working with tilapia and the yellow California. Probably works so well with any bass or drum. maybe the catfish. l know. I prefer my fried catfish. catfish heads and bodies to make a great soup. but that's another recipe for a different day.
