What is your favorite cat fish recipe that is easy to do?
I like Cajun cuisine.
Louisiana fried catfish. 3 / 4 cup yellow cornmeal 1 / 4 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder for cooking fish oil dip in water and roll mixture fry in oil over until golden brown, being careful not overfry as you live on fish lasting only a few minutes is needed (2-3) on each side served with tartar sauce, french fries, and put a can of pork and beans in the refrigerator to chill. makes a delicious meal !!!!!
