how to cook fresh fish?
My son caught his first fish yesterday. They cleaned it, and he brought it home. He wants me to cook it for dinner tonight, but I don’t eat fish, nor have I ever cooked it. I am happy to try any recipe ( I am a pretty good cook), but don’t even know where to start. Being that it is super fresh, and he is only 6, I am not looking for anything too fancy. Just easy and delicious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The fish is fluke, and I would like to do it on the grill.
place piece on fish on big piece of foil. season with salt pepper crushed garlic pat of butter and some lemon juice and zest.
sprinkle a few breadcrumbs on top if you want
next add veggies like sliced zucchinis and chopped tomatos on top of fish and season them,
seal foil tight so you have a pouch. place pouches on baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 min
