Recipes Grilled Alaska?
I grilled a bit of Alaska and would like some suggestions or recipes people would be willing to give me. I'm looking for something quite simple. Any ideas would be great.
12 oz Grilled Alaskan Walleye fillets 1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted 2 tablespoons butter 1 fresh chives teaspoon, chopped 1 teaspoon orange juice salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Combine the butter, chives, lemon juice and half the walnuts in a small bowl and mix well. Place fillets in well-oiled, hinged wire basket and grill, covered, over medium coals 3 minutes on each side, basting with sauce often. Continue to cook 8-10 minutes, turning once and sprinkling with sauce. Cook until fillets flake easily with a fork.
