How To Cook Baked Salmon

How To Cook Baked Salmon
How does one compile a list on the best way to cook different kinds of fish.?

Under doctor’s advice I have started to eat fish 3-4 times per week. Being new to cooking fish so often (I use to only eat it maybe once per month) I want to cook a variety of fish. I know there are firm fleshed fish like salmon that can be baked and soft fleshed fish that are best maybe fryed. The problem is I don’t know which fish fall into these different catagories. The other day I bought flounder for the first time and tried to bake it and it turned to mush (Yeech) Does anyone know where I can find a list or glossary that would list the different kinds of fish and the best way to cook them. The hit and miss method is too expensive.

You can bake flounder, you just need some instructions. Here is a sight that gives you all kinds of alternatives and information, and different methods that are successful for types of fish and shellfish.
