Monk Fish Recipe
I would like to introduce more fish in my diet, but they have to make sure I'm asking the right fish!?
Can anyone give me a list fish (eg, scallops, monk fish, cod, etc) and its name in Spanish. Also if anyone has any good recipes for fish dishes then that is appreciated too.Many thanks for your time.

Fish – Tuna Fish – Tuna Salmon – Salmon Violation – Rape Cod – Cod (usually salted) Mackerel – Mackerel Dorada – Bass Sole – Sole Hake – Whiting Hake – Whiting, Swordfish – Swordfish Trout – Trout Pink – is a white fish, but do not know what it is in English Seafood – Seafood Clams – Clams Squid – Squid Squid – squid Crab – Crab Sepia / choco – sepia (like squid) Ostra – Oyster Mussels – Mussels Gamba – prawn shrimps – shrimp Carabineros large – bigger even shrimp!
