Nutritionists! How does this plan sound to you?

Hello I'm around 200 pounds and 5'5 "tall. To lose weight I'm thinking of reducing my intake of junk food which I tremendously, but I have no idea how I eat. I have some ideas. Breakfast: 1 boiled egg 2 pieces of toast (Full) 1 cup berry smoothie (with soy milk) Snack: apple-almond / peanut / pistachio -1 glass of water with a fiber supplement Lunch: Whole wheat pizza / Pasta / rice with chicken or beef salad, water Snack: glass of carrot juice -1 granola bar Dinner: Fish, chicken with anything such as rice, or potatoes, cucumbers Snack-can you give me some ideas? please give me some suggestions. Thanks A LOTTTT! I know this is asking too much, but reallllyyy help me. oh i love pan cakes Maple syrup think I could add some pancakes in my diet?

Sounds good acutally. You do not need the latest snack … 5 meals is sufficient. Just try to keep your calorie intake around 1300-1500. Make sure you are taking care of her .. carbohydrates, but not completely restricted. Make sure youre drinking 8 glasses of water per day and less than taking a multivitamin.
