Does anyone have the recipe for fried fish Lubys classic?

I think I found what you're looking for! Fried fish (like lemon juice Luby's two) cups of water 1 / 4 cup fresh 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 / 4 cup paprika 2 tablespoons. seasoning mixes (such as as Lawry's) 6 or 7 fish fillets (8 ounces each) of the option, use the Luby catfish (you may use filet of sole and flounder or cod) 3 tbsp. oil vegetable (corn oil, safflower or peanut oil is preferred, not olive oil) lemon slices or wedges to place on a serving plate on a plate deep, a mixture of water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, stir and mix well. In a separate bowl mix flour shallow, paprika and seasoned salt. Dip fish with the mixture of water, then flour mixture, coating evenly and shaking off excess. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, the oil should sizzle (a fry black iron pan is preferable if you have one.) Add fish and cook 6-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of steak (add a little oil if necessary.) When finished, the fish should flake when touched with a fork. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
