Golden Corral Copycat Recipe needed??

Does anyone out there have a copy cat recipe for the Cajun Style Fish Fillet or the Cajun Whitefish served at the Golden Corral Restaraunts? I assume it’s simply a spice mix applied to the fillets but I can’t quite figure it out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance….

I used to be a waiter at Golden Corral and those cajun fish fillets come in frozen and are already battered. The fish we used to make from scratch were the catfish fillets, grilled salmon steaks, and the baked tilapia.
