There is nothing more delicious than the aroma and taste of a freshly caught fish, whether sautéing in a skillet with butter and wine or grilled fish steaks on the coals. Unfortunately, some people are better for fishing, cooking fresh fish. Tilapia Fish Recipe

Tilapia Fish Recipe
Tilapia and / or turbot recipes to get rid of that flavor to frozen fish?

I usually buy frozen tilapia, but it seems no matter what you cook it that frozen taste to it .. Maybe you just need a new recipe or is it just a problem with getting frozen fish? I have some frozen flounder I was going to try tonight and I'm not sure what to cook! Anyone have some good recipes for either of these fish?

I usually microwave sole every 3-5 minutes depending on size. I cut the back with a knife and sprinkle with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Salt will draw out the flavor of the fish. If you like crispy skin, you could put them under the grill for a few minutes.

Grilled Fish Dishes

Grilled Fish Dishes
possibilities for dinner?

So I am a college student and I like cooking. The thing is I'm not the best cook in the world, so I need dishes simple enough to do. I can cook pasta a lot, as well as bakery products, but I learn to cook other things. I think it's important to eat meals actual rather than always eating out of the freezer. I'm usually horrible with grilled fish and I can not worthless. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found a good recipe in a cookbook from Weight Watchers the other day. It is a paste you rub on fish before grilling, I've tried a few versions and it's great and very easy. I've tried for mackerel, salmon and cod. It reads as follows – for each piece of fish to get about 6 fresh mint leaves, a clove of garlic, some finely grated lemon (about a quarter of lemon), a splash of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Crush on a board of these (first and then finely chop them had a large heavy knife in your face and clean up the garlic and mint from side to side until it crushes). Spread this paste over the fish about 30 minutes before cooking and place in the refrigerator in tupperware. This allows the flavors to penetrate inside Preheat grill to medium, then put your fish in a piece of aluminum foil. Keep an eye on him, especially if the fish is thin, since it does not take long. About 5 minutes per side for thicker fish. As soon as it starts to look crisp, turn it over when the chips second side, you're done! Hope that helps, good profit. I'm pretty sure that the meat would be nice too, and can put bark orange and lemon juice for a change.

Best Salmon Recipes

Best Salmon Recipes
Anyone know the best recipe for teriyaki salmon?

I do not know why people who have responded so far opted to be sarcastic inappropriate or gave other responses. Since I love salmon and have used various teriyaki dishes, including salmon, I'll just give some suggestions here. For grilling, I suggest spraying with a mixture of a few tablespoons of olive oil and teriyaki sauce. To bake, you can basically do the same, just pour the mixture on fish and water regularly while cooking to 350 degrees. F. oven. I do not care for salmon fillets, so I just cook salmon fillets, but can be quite thick, so thick that I would consider, especially when cooking. Add some lemon and some ground pepper and maybe some tarragon. Another interesting flavor that I used with baking various types of fish, the wine, and believe it or not, a good dry vermouth is a wonderful added flavor. So for consider the addition of the mixture for basting. I hope this was at least some help.

Stuffed Whole Fish

Stuffed Whole Fish
I have some questions about my fish and my tank?

I recently added a little fish in my tank after a week of cycling and all that. Ive tested the water and everything is within limits. The water temperature is around 79 degrees. The first question is I have a silver molly seems to be floating and swimming around from time to time the top of the tank for a whole day now occasionally goes to the bottom, but not very often any ideas? The other fish seems to be doing well on the second question I have a lot of bubbles at the top of the tank that seems to be coming from the output of the filter where the filtered water flows into the tank is this a problem? The third question is that my Dwarf Gourami seems to dive to the surface of the fish tank hard to get air, is this normal? Also silver molly seems to be a white string hanging from his rear

check the level of ammonia, how often a food once a day or everyother day, with food pinched so hard b / w finger hurts. temperature is too high for the type of fish you have about 72 -74 is fine.
