What are some healthy recipes for someone who is not on a diet?
I'm not looking for the foot of the diet. I'ma 5'5, £ 100 16 year old girl running across the fields, so there is no need whatsoever for me to try and cut calories. I am so sick and tired of raw food, over-processed food I'm always stuck. What I can eat that is healthy, however, still has enough substance to a very active person but thin? These are some healthy (mostly) food that I really like: whole wheat pasta Nectarines Strawberries, bread, etc sherbet / sorbet celery cucumbers flatbread grilled chicken Shark Sushi Crab Apples Beans Peas Carrots Peppers swordfish steak Tangerines I tend to prefer only fruits and raw vegetables. Your suggestions do not have to comply the foods listed. I'm open to anything. I just do not like bananas and vegetable lasagna.
You really need carbohydrates if you're doing cross-country. The oven-roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes are good, and you can put plain yogurt in them, or take inside the regular baked potato and mashed milk, butter and cheese and things again and reheat in which ….. Mac and cheese is good for you, and healthy if made with REAL cheese … 96 / 4 ground sirloin, pork extra lean on the BBQ … Try some different vegetables with a dip: peas, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, peas – all you can eat …. raw yogurt and yogurt ice cream (Tofutti Cuties are made with soy, and are really good little "ice cream" sandwiches) … trail mix with toasted walnuts, dried fruits, yogurt covered raisins, Craisins (take in small plastic bags with you to snack during the day)
