However, it is also important to remember that dark chocolate is a dessert and it contains plenty of saturated fat and sugar, so it is important to limit yourself to just a small portion daily.

The last addition to the healthy food list is fatty fish. Trout, herring, tuna, salmon, sardines, and mackerel are all rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega- 3 fatty acids are known to lower cholesterol, prevent blood clots and reduce the chances of a heart attack. However, it is important not to eat these foods fried. Be sure that you grill or broil your fish in order to gain its most beneficial nutrients.

Baked Fish Recipe With Crumbled Parmesan
If you are looking for a healthy dinner recipe then this one is for you. This is a Parmesan baked fish that will make a good healthy dinner for you. -half cup of moldy grain bread crumbs

-four pieces of white fish steaks. Thick, 200 g each.
-Cooking spray for olive oil

Collect the following ingredients above and preheat the open up to 200° C. Mix up the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon, salt, pepper and parsley in a mixing bowl. Stir them up evenly. Put some oil in the mixture. Stir the ingredients until the breadcrumbs are already covered in oil. Pour the breadcrumbs mixture into the fleshy side of the fish fillets to create a firm topping.

Place the fish onto a baking tray with skin side down. Spray the fish with oil. Bake the fish for 15 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the fish is already cooked through. Serve the fish with steamed beans, potatoes and you can even add some lemon wedges.

Cultures that thrive on a diet of cold water fish tend to have a better health profile than cultures that don’t. When researchers began to study this interesting phenomenon, they discovered some remarkable nutrients in fatty fish. Nutrients that may help people all over the world support heart health, either by increasing their intake of fresh fatty fish or taking fish oil supplements.

Greenland Eskimos. This group of people first came under research in the 1970s when two Danish scientists began to study the dietary patterns of Eskimos living in Greenland. Up until this time, scientists believed that all fat was bad.
