A good white fish recipe?

I would like to make some kind of white fish and shrimp and some pasta tomorrow night for the company, but really I've only done tilapia earlier. I wish I knew something easy, I can only go to the grocery store and pick up and preferably fish that I can oven cleaner instead of panfry because I realized the whole when talipia not panfry i kept it. But besides that I'm sure which pasta to use, maybe shrimp alfredo? Any suggestion on a good meal?

Not sure what country is therefore unable to recommend a fish for you, but you should talk with the fishmonger and ask a firm-fleshed fish that will not break – are more than happy to recommend. Now, place fish fillets in a bowl (which can lie on the floor) pour some olive oil and light over half a lemon (juice), some SALF and pepper and let marinate for 20 minutes. Chop up some garlic cloves (depending on its taste, but at around 1 per fillet) and set aside. Heat a skillet until medium heat and add the fish with lemon oil / salt / pepper mixture and cook through. You will find that converting the only fish once during cooking will help with them not to break, and gently dig under your spatula during cooking will help will not stick. Add garlic especially once its cooked to prevent the garlic from browning. Once baked fish, brown on one side (leave a little more in the pot may raise the temperature). Once the fish is the serving plates, etc, add some chopped basil. YUM! As in the Mediterranean.

Looking for a healthy fish recipe batter that I can use for steaks Tililpia. I do not want to fry prefer baking in the oven.

Crispy Baked Tilapia … 1 cup crackers, crushed crumbs (or I can use the Panko breadcrumbs! Works great! 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 / 2 tablespoon dried parsley freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 / 3 cup unsalted butter, melted (I use olive oil rather than also a squeeze of lemon juice, but I wanted to give the original recipe!) tablespoons Parmesan or Asiago cheese 2 tilapia fillets grated 2 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 2. Melt the butter in a shallow circular mold, to one side. 3. In another bowl, combine cracker crumbs, seasonings and spices. 4. dredge fillets in dry and butter, and then in the crumb-seasoning mixture. 5. Place in spray oil on paper lined baking sheet and distribute the remaining crumbs on the tops of the fillets. 6. Spray rest of the melted butter over crumbs. 7. Sprinkle with grated cheese. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is golden and topping.
