I am looking for a recipe for Baked Fish and Chips!?

So, I’m looking all over for a recipe for baked fish and chips and all I keep finding is frying the fish in quarts of oil, which I do not want to do. I am trying to keep it healthy, so I think baking it is the best way to go but I cannot find any recipes. Anyone have any ideas or recipes they can share?

Dip the pieces of fish in beaten egg and then coat in seasoned panko crumbs…bake on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cut your potatoes into the desired chips size and toss with a little vegetable oil and some seasoning of your choice. Spread in single layer on parchment lined baking sheet and bake.
