Any GREAT Tilapia dishes there?
Ok, I love fish tilapia. I like baked, fried, sauteed, and grilled. Does anyone have any good recipe on how to cook tilapia fish? Or any good links, too? I'm ready to try something new with it! Thanks in advance!
Pesto Talapia You can buy pre-made basil pesto (in the summer is cool) Spread the pesto over fish oil. With a brush or very lightly with a fork or spoon. Prepare bread grated with Italian seasonings place in a pan on the stove to add a little butter until slightly damp. A little salt a pepper to taste. Bake the Talapia 350 for about 10 minutes without the breadcrumbs. Then spoon into the bread crumbs and bake for another 5 minutes or so or until the fish is cooked (the time shall vary depending on the size / thickness of your fillets are cooked and how you like the fish). When you've done will be amazed at how simple but tasty it is. The reason this recipe does not read like recipes from others is because it can change a lot of that and still have a great piece of fish. As you are no bread crumbs or arugula and weight. It could be add some red pepper puree, the list goes on. Serve it with pasta or rice. Goes well with a lot of side as polenta. Have fun with it and be creative. The kitchen is all about breaking the recipe and put their own twist to it.
