What is a good, but easy, way to cook fresh caught salmon?

One day old and about 10-12 lbs.

Bring it to my house and i’ll grill it for you.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with dill, salt, pepper and/or garlic. Grill over med high heat for 4 min each side per inch. If your fish is 2″ thick you would cook for 8 min each side = 16 min total. Fish should be pink but not translucent. Don’t over cook.
