What Is A Good Side Dish For Grilled Fish?
Can you tell me the name of this cooking thing?Also fish help please?

I’m planning to do my fish on that “thing”.Do i have to do it without bread crumbs and eggwash or can i do it with them?And if i DO use the breadcrumbs and eggwash i would have to use oil or just leave it in the “thing” like that?
LoL lastly:what would go good to eat with the fish?i was planning on doing macaroni salad for a side-dish but i have no main thing.

no i’ve got the fish already;)
That’s a griddle pan. You can just spray with cooking spray, season fish and place on pan. Rice goes good with fish and some broccoli steamed on the side…Healthy meal.
