What Is A Healthy Way To Cook Fish?
How not to eat meat?

Ok, I will not be a vegan, but I'd be a vegetarian (milk / egg and fish), or at least eating meat soon as possible. It seems easier if I cook, that is so hard, if you are the restaurants. I'm not a salad person. And most vegetable dishes (if can find some) are just soaked with oil. You can only have so many veggie burgers. I love vegetables, but can not seem to find good flavor and prepared in a more healthily in restaurants. What to do? In the strict sense, to me, is actually vegan vegetarian, I do not know why they include animal products into the diet of a "vegetarian." I only used in a general sense here as it is how people generally use the term (for unfortunately).

Trying to quit smoking begin just red meat. Eat chicken and fish, that's always a good start. That way will not be so burned in vegetables. :)
