Weird Dream – I Gave Birth To A Fish – What does this mean?
I had a dream that I was just sat on my sofa and all of a sudden a fish popped out of me, it had a placenta and blood but the fish was battered like one from the chip shop. Then a couple of minutes later I gave birth to another battered fish and they were both on the sofa covered in slime and blood.
What does this mean? I have read somewhere that fish is a symbolism of pregnancy? Please help!

I read about fish relating to pregnancy AFTER my dream.
It was like the clearest most vivid dream I have ever had, I was in a really deep sleep and I hardly ever remember my dreams, thats why I have been trying to find out what it means.
I think it depends what the battered fish means to you and what your reaction to the situation was. Perhaps you adore battered fish and when it popped out of you you were thrilled to have dinner. Or maybe you love battered fish and were horrified that it was slimy and covered in goo. Or maybe you were terrified by the fact that the fish was coming out of you.
It sounds to me like you are creating something new in your life as evidenced by the fact that the fish came from you instead of an outside source, especially since it was covered in blood an had a placenta as though you really did give birth to it. Are you metaphorically giving “birth” to something else in your life? Maybe a new business, or some artwork? I would guess that you are doing more than just building something, but instead are putting your heart and soul into it and it will be a product of yourself when you are finished. Your “baby”, if you will.
As for the significance of the fish, I don’t know. Like I said earlier, it depends on what it means to you.
