How do you make fish balls with meat inside?
I tried this at my house on Christmas Eve guys and it was heaven! Gold damp cloth fried fish ball outside with the meat in the center with some kind of sauce-flavored broth that complements the flavor of the fish ball. I finished the whole bowl! : D If you know the recipe and the steps to do this can PLEASE! (Asking) post it here? Chicken broth sauce was a bathroom that was inside the fish ball with meat, and there is a ball if the fish is half bitten .. =)
2 shell steaks 1 / 2 pound grouper or red snapper 1 / 4 lb. raw shrimp 1 whole onion 1 rib celery, bell pepper 2 slices 3 slices of bread 3 eggs 1 tbsp. Tabasco 1 / 2 tsp. salt pepper oil for frying Place shells, fish, shrimp, onion, celery, pepper and bread through a food mill with a thin blade. Stir the mixture with a spoon until well blended. Add eggs, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Make the mixture into balls using 2 or 3 tablespoons for each ball. Drop in oil heated to 375 degrees F. and fry until golden brown.
